Alkaline hydrogen peroxide products are a less corrosive, safer alternative to existing chlorine cleaners for a variety of applications.

Wayne Chemical, Inc. also manufactures alkaline hydrogen peroxide powdered floor treatments for use on floors and in drains throughout your plant and during production in critical ready-to-eat areas. Alkaline hydrogen peroxide powdered products break down into water and oxygen. They are non-corrosive and put no stress on your waste water system.

O2XYfloor®

O2XYfloor® is a patented, non-foaming, dry, alkaline compound, which when mixed with water, generates hydrogen peroxide. O2XYfloor® is specially formulated to be applied dry on floors, drains, hallways, condensate pans, footbaths, etc. O2XYfloor® is an excellent product to use during production in ready-to-eat areas on floors.

O2XYadd® is a hydrogen peroxide-based cleaner specially formulated to be used in conjunction with SOFTmetal®, HARDmetal®, POTASHcip® or CAUSTICcip®. These binary systems are patented. The hydrogen peroxide in O2XYadd® is activated by SOFTmetal®, HARDmetal®, POTASHcip®, or CAUSTICcip®. These binary systems are recommended as general-purpose cleaners in all food processing plants, on all types of surfaces.

HARDmetal®

HARDmetal® is a high-foaming, alkaline cleaner specially formulated to be used in conjunction with the hydrogen peroxide-based, O2XYadd®. This binary system is patented. HARDmetal® will activate the hydrogen peroxide in the O2XYadd®. This binary system is recommended as a general purpose cleaner in all food processing plants, on all stainless steel surfaces.

SOFTmetal®

SOFTmetal® is a high-foaming, alkaline cleaner specially formulated to be used in conjunction with the hydrogen peroxide-based, O2XYadd®. This binary system is patented. SOFTmetal® will activate the hydrogen peroxide in the O2XYadd®. This binary system is recommended as a general purpose cleaner in all food processing plants, on all soft metal surfaces.

CAUSTICcip®

CAUSTICcip® is a heavy-duty, caustic cleaner specially formulated to be used in conjunction with the hydrogen peroxide-based, O2XYadd®. This binary system is patented. CAUSTICcip® will activate the hydrogen peroxide in the O2XYadd®. This binary system is recommended to be used in soak tanks, circulating washers and CIP/COP systems.

POTASHcip®

POTASHcip® is a powerful, caustic potash cleaner specially formulated to be used in conjunction with the hydrogen peroxide-based, O2XYadd® . This binary system is patented. POTASHcip® will activate the hydrogen peroxide in the O2XYadd®. This binary system is recommended to be used in soak tanks, circulating washers and CIP/COP systems.

ORGANICcip®

ORGANICcip® is a broad-spectrum, multi-purpose, phosphate-free acid cleaner. The high acid level of ORGANICcip® provides excellent performance for descaling, brightening stainless steel and aluminum and removing rust, protein buildup and milkstone. Due to its low-foaming characteristics, ORGANICcip® is also effective in CIP/COP systems and in soak tank operations.

NITRICcip®

NITRICcip® is a heavy-duty, nitric acid-based, liquid acid cleaner specially formulated to be used in conjunction with the hydrogen peroxide-based, O2XYadd®. NITRICcip® will activate the hydrogen peroxide in the O2XYadd®. This binary system is recommended to be used for descaling, brightening stainless steel and removing rust, protein buildup and milkstone. Due to its non-foaming characteristics, NITRICcip®/O2XYadd® is effective in CIP/COP systems.

PHOSPHORICcip®

PHOSPHORICcip® is an acid cleaner specially formulated to be used in conjunction with the hydrogen peroxide-based, O2XYadd®. PHOSPHORICcip® will activate the hydrogen peroxide in the O2XYadd®. This binary system is recommended to be used for descaling, brightening stainless steel and removing rust, protein buildup and milkstone. Due to its low-foaming characteristics, PHOSPHORICcip®/O2XYadd® is effective in CIP/COP systems and in soak tank operations.
